This User's Agreement includes the conditions under which User's will operate within this URL and constitutes an agreement between the User and James' A/C, Co. regarding the User's willingness to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the User's ability to access this URL. Return Merchandise Policy Statement Returning of previously purchased merchandise must be approved by James' A/C Co. before shipment and must be in "like new" condition. If merchandise was received in unsatisfactory condition, however, a replacement will be sent to customer immediately and shipping charges will be paid by James' A/C Co. Reasonable shipping charges for defective merchandise received by customer and subsequently returned will be credited to customer's account. Merchandise that is damaged after receipt or otherwise abused, showing installation marks, scratches, missing or marred hardware, screws, factory paperwork or original packaging, etc. will not be considered in "like new" condition and may be returned for replacement or credit only by prior approval and owner's agreement to be assessed damages. Such merchandise may be reconditioned, if possible, discounted and by agreement with new purchaser resold as damaged or defaced but mechanically sound merchandise for a considerable savings to that new customer. Otherwise, be it known, that all our merchandise is new and in the original packaging at all times. Warranty of Products Policy Statement James' A/C Co. sells only the highest production quality products by "name brand" manufacturers. The majority of our products are from Honeywell. Others are chosen with great care to insure quality and savings to the customer as alternative pricing. All items will contain certain warranties from the original manufacturer and are always sustained by James' A/C Co. in-house. Any product sold by James' A/C Co. that is believed by the customer to be defective at the time of receipt will, upon prior approval by James' A/C Co., be immediately replaced at no expense to customer. EXCEPTIONS: It is a rare occurrence, but never will it be acceptable to purchase a product(s) with the intent of just "playing around" with it and then expecting to return them in just any condition you choose. These items will not qualify as returnable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to choose the correct product for your unique application and to install it yourself or have local professionals install it for you. James' A/C Co. makes every effort possible to assist in this selection, but the ultimate responsibility is the choice by the customer. Pictures of all our products are provided along with as much detailed information as is available and is presented to the customer on our website or is linked from our website about each product. We expect our customers to be serious about their purchases. We provide adequate information. It is your task to read and study carefully. If and when adverse conditions present themselves, please contact us immediately. It is our earnest intent to be congenial and reasonable at all times concerning all things.
