The TH9421U touch screen universal programmable thermostat provides electronic control of 24 Vac & of 750 mV heating and cooling systems in addition to humidification, dehumidification and ventilation.

Adding the CM8900A Communications Module and the W8735B Telephone Access Module gives the PC8900A/W8900A²-C remote communications. Users can monitor the outdoor temperature, humidity, current setpoint, system mode, alarm out on High-Low temperature, filter status and equipment failure. T8635L, an EnviraCOM™ enabled thermostat such as the TH9421C1004 VisionPRO IAQ Total Home
Comfort System, or the TH5320C1002 FocusPRO and the appropriate interface modules
W8635A or W8635B. The W8735B can be used with conventional or heat pump
applications. The W8735B can provide remote access of up to nine zones when used with the W8703A Damper
Interface Module(s). When used with C7835A Discharge Temperature Sensor, additional HVAC diagnostics, such as equipment performance
monitoring, are available. The W8735B uses Enviracom™ Network, a low-cost, wired communications protocol.

A solid state control designed to help prevent flooding, damage to carpets, walls, furniture, ceilings, etc. Turns system off when
detecting moisture due to condensate or drain leaks. As few as one or two drops will cause a wet switch to turn off a unit or sound alarm.
Easily reset. Can also be used with the W8735B1003 Telephone access module to give alert when away from home.
Requires 24 Vac and has one Normally Open and one Normally Closed contact to alert or sound alarm.
