Adaptive Intelligent Recovery® assures that desired temperature is activated at programmed time and maintained regardless of weather conditions. This is done efficiently to maximize energy savings.

Recovery override screw on back of thermostat allows user to select Adaptive Intelligent Recovery® or conventional recovery.

Convenient and easy to use:

Selectable daily schedules for weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday (5-1-1).
Provide up to four temperature settings per daily schedule.
Easy to program in your hand or after mounted on the wall. Thermostat can be removed easily from wall for programming in your hand.
Temporary program override available by using WARMER and COOLER keys, SKIP next period, or CHANGE to last period key.
HOLD TEMP key provides indefinite program override for vacations and holidays.
LCD clock continuously indicates time-of-day, day of week, current program period, and room temperature.
ENRG. SAV. and SYSTEM status indication LEDs (T8600, T8603 only).
Battery backup for T8600 and T8603 (batteries included) maintains clock and memory during power failures.
T8602 and TS8602 powered by batteries (batteries included): includes low battery indication.
Automatic changeover for heating-cooling on select models.

All models include wiring wallplate and batteries (AAA alkaline for T8600 and T8603, AA alkaline for T8602 and TS8602).
Adjustable cycling rates can be permanently set to fit different heating applications for optimum performance.
Installer self-test provides quick checkout of thermostat: manual bypass of time delay to check out system.
Easily wire and mount directly on 2 x 4 in. junction box.
Shape of terminal barrier permits straight or conventional wrap-around wiring connections.
T8601 model available for new construction applications. Like T8603, it is wired directly to system transformer, providing continuous power to thermostat.
