*  The Independence (6"W x 4"H x 1.5"D) utilizes preset electronic fixed temperature setpoints with an accuracy of ±1° to maintain desired comfort settings.
* Fixed Setpoints are packaged and sold separately. Specify set point when ordering.

Accustat® Tamper Resistant Temperature Controls

Low Voltage--Single Stage

Accustat® single-stage control uses preset or adjustable Accutherm® snap-in sensors. Ideal for commercial applications and multi-unit dwellings where owner control of comfort setting is required.

*  Locking case: Requires special key to open (provided with each control)
*  Snap-in preset sensors have inherent advantages such as greater accuracy, no temperature drift, and near 0 droop.
* Sensors are packaged and sold separately. Specify set point when ordering.
*  Sensing: Preset or adjustable sensors
*  Single stage

Accustat® Energy Guard Temperature Controls

ACCUSTAT® Energy Guard Controls are low voltage controls with an adjustable set point for single stage heating and/or cooling systems.

PSG's patented adjustable ACCUTHERM® sensor, combined with solid state switching circuits provide accurate drift-free temperature control for both heating and cooling modes.

*  ACCUSTAT® Energy Guard models offer built-in temperature limiting, do not have a thermometer.
*  Unique twin chamber internal design isolates heat producing solid state circuits from the thermostat sensor, and provides separate flow-through ventilation in both chambers.
*  The result is very stable temperature control, with exceptionally low thermostat droop in relation to system duty cycle.
*  Sub-bases are not required.
*  No leveling, anticipator or calibration adjustments are necessary, ACCUSTAT® Energy Guard installations are completed faster than conventional thermostats.

Accustat® Limiters

Low Voltage

*  Accustat® limiters wire in series with existing thermostats to prevent heating or cooling temperatures from exceeding chosen limits.
*  Duct limiters (for forced air systems) sense return air temperature. Wall mount limiters sense room air temperature.
*  With slight modification, limiters may be used as primary thermostats.
*  Input voltage: 18–26 Vac
*  Wall mount models are in standard plastic case
*  Sensors are packaged and sold separately. Specify temperature setpoints when ordering.

Accustat® Sensors

*  Accutherm® sensors are used in all Accustat® temperature controls.
*  They have solder rings which snap into the fuse clips of the Accutherm®.
*  The S Series are preset and cannot be adjusted.
*  They have an accuracy of 1.0°F and a differential (air) of 1.5°/2°F.
*  The AS90 is adjustable over a range of 40 to 90°F, with an accuracy of 1°F and a differential (air) of 2°/3°F.
*  Accutherm® sensors are unaffected by vibration, are not position sensitive, and are hermetically sealed. 100 milliamps maximum resistive load.
